does not do the B.Ed. degree is like a soldier who goes to the battlefield without having proper martial training.
Teaching is an art and this art can be developed only thorough constant practice. The educational scenario of the world is changing rapidly day by day. New teaching methods and aids are being introduced. During the B.Ed. programme one learns how to tackle people, what they should be taught, and what methods should be used on the basis of the situation, mentality and social background of the students. Teaching, as a career particularly in higher education and technical education, has got a big boost after globalization.
